The Ultimate Chef's Table is the Lane Vineyards most immersive food and wine experience, telling the story of the estate through the eyes of the chef.

Guests go behind the scenes of The Lane's working winery and cellar before enjoying an intimate multi-course dining experience hosted by the Culinary team. A seasonal menu showcases premium produce and luxury ingredients, with each course accompanied by a unique side-by-side wine pairing. The Lane's single-vineyard wine is tasted alongside an Old World or international example of the same variety, revealing how provenance and terroir influence the character of a wine. 

Throughout the experience, the kitchen team shares the inspiration, techniques and stories behind the menu, and the influence of season, produce and place. 

More than a long lunch, the Ultimate Chef's Table brings vineyard, winery and kitchen together in one memorable journey through food and wine.
